One of our first tasks for the year was to decorate the classroom with our artworks. We learned how to draw our own faces in the correct proportions, and how to draw features such as eyes, ears and noses more accurately. Pastels, acrylic paints, coloured pencils and markers were the choices for finishing our portraits. Here are two of the finished masterpieces, by Jack and Emma.
