Today, the Chess Club had their first day of games. Thirty budding chess brainiacs battled it out in Room 5 during the lunchtime break. Chess Club will be held each second Wednesday during Terms 2 and 3. This term, we will play friendly games in preparation for the Halcombe School Chess Championships, which will be held next term.
