NUTRITION AND EXERCISE

Did you know that children need to eat 5 serves (one serve is equal to a handful) of fruit and vegetables every day?

Did you know that children should complete 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity every day?

We are learning that good eating habits and an active lifestyle improve our physical well-being and haoura, making each of us a better person!
