Room 5's swimming programme is now into it's 4th week. It is great to see the progress that is being made, particularly by those who are not our strongest swimmers. As a group we have the following goals:
- Swim 50m freestyle
- Swim 50m backstroke
- Swim 25m breaststroke
- Swim 25m sidestroke
- Float on our back for 2 mins
- Begin to develop diving confidence
- Know about safety at rivers, lakes and beaches
Great to see you are enjoying using the pool Room 5. We are lucky to have such a great place to cool off in on these hot days!!! Keep up the terrific swimming too.

ReplyDeleteIn my swimming I think I have improved alot since the first time I swam this year and I can not wait for the swimming sports and fun swimming sports.
