One activity on our Maoritanga Literacy Grid asks us to write a persuasive argument to express our opinion of the following statement: "Life for the early Maori was so much easier than it is for people living today". Here are the results of our quick brainstorming session. Use this information to help you form your opinion, and to help with your planning and drafting. Remember to include examples such as these in your writing.
