Today the entire school participated in the Halcombe Commonwealth Games! This fun event was brilliantly organised by the School Council and Room 6. Events included rainbow ball hockey, tug-o-war, team races through obstacle courses, and other challenges of skill and agility. Members of each class were awarded medals for displaying skill, effort, and teamwork. Room 5's medalists were Lucas (Bronze), Emma (Silver), and Bradley (Gold).

ReplyDeleteThe Commonwealth Games were lots of fun Room 5. The ice eating challenge looked a bit tough! Well done for having a go and joining in all the activities.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you all had a great time yesterday Room 5 (though Sophie looks a little worried!) Hockey seemed to be a popular activity - perhaps we need to organise some lunchtime games!
