Art from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Quentin Blake
We have been reading from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and have enjoyed the illustrations in the book by artist Quentin Blake. We wondered if we could copy his 'messy' style of illustrations. The best way we found was to hold our pencil, vivid and paint brush by the very end, so that it wobbled around a bit. Here are some of the finished artworks!

    Your art work is amazing Room 5. I LOVE how you have made it look so much like Quentin Blake's work. He would be very impressed.
