We had a fantastic turnout for pet day, with over 80 children bringing pets to school! In the morning, children had their animals judged and there was also a brilliant display of children's art in the hall. This year Room 5 made pet rocks and printed picture frames. After the judging had concluded, there was a parade of all the animals, before the highlight of the day - the country kids challenge race. Rimu were victorious, followed by Kauri, Matai and Totara. Congratulation to all the students who won prizes for their art and pets!
