On Tuesday this week, Halcombe School participated in the Turners Sports Tournament at North Street School. We entered two very young teams in both the netball and rugby competitions. The netballers never gave up against 3 much older and more experienced teams, but lost all 3 games. The rugby players were outstanding considering they were also playing against much bigger opposition. They recorded a 15-5 win, a 5-15 loss and a 10-20 loss.
Well done to us for trying our hardest and give it a go.
